The following shall apply;
a) If in the event you wish to cancel the booking for any reason whatsoever, or we are unable to hire the venue out due to Government rules and regulations, you shall lose the full deposit paid. We shall refund you any rental costs paid (for the avoidance of doubt, this excludes the deposit amount).
b) The hire shall be subject to the maximum number of guests as allowed by the Government rules and regulations at the time of hire. We may, at our discretion, reduce the hire charges if guest numbers are restricted by rules and regulations, to allow for the event to continue.
C) In the event of rescheduling to a new date, the hire charge may increase or decrease accordingly, and this will be reflected in the revised contract.
